Growing up the daughter of an artist and a native of Arizona, in one of the most beautiful places on earth is just one of the reasons Kathy loves real estate in the valley of the sun. She enjoys the diverse styles of architecture that Arizona has to offer from the genius and romance of Frank Lloyd Wrights Desert moderns, to the early influence of the Spanish colonials. The valley is also known by many for its Southwestern style homes, and historic Ranch. 

Kathy's history in the corporate fashion world, has given her an extensive background working with price negotiations and knows how important it is to negotiate the best price for her clients. She has also spent the last 20 years before entering into real estate helping her clients with design, remodeling and reorganizing their homes. Kathy has also worked with her husband in the custom home building business and is very confident in the process from concept to completion.
